Towns and Villages

This is an idea proposal for the master plan concept.

The theme is towns and villages.

A medium-density condominium/shophouses were placed in the front of the site, and a village-like villa was placed on the sea side across the green space with a water surface.

The needs for resorts vary.

Some people want a quiet, natural environment that makes them completely forget about urban life.

Some people want to have fun at the beach during the day, dining with friends, and having fun at the bustling bars and clubs at night.

If the land is isolated from the town, it will inevitably be the former, but if the resort has the conditions such as convenience from the airport and abundant entertainment facilities, the latter direction will be stronger.

Our suggestion is to mix the two elements, albeit with a reasonable separation.

The town also has nature with flowing rivers, and the villages have a density that makes visitor feel the relationship with the neighborhood

In other words, it is an environment like a small cultural town blessed with abundant nature.

A stream for fishing, the sea, a nice restaurant, a hall for concerts and movies, all well placed in a unified resort atmosphere. It points to the direction of certain resorts.
