Launching Shirakobu Ver.2.0

Shirakobu Takeda Architecture, established in June 2017, will undergo a transformative change this October. The company will be rebranded as Shirakobu An Architect’s Studio, expanding its scale and scope of work.

Founder Takeda Seijiro will assume the role of Principal Architect, focusing on design excellence. Joining the team is Watanabe Anh, who will oversee sales and company operations, while Nguyen Van Dong, a long-time collaborator with Takeda,

will take on the role of Design Department Director.

The past eight years have been a journey of ups and downs for the company. The real estate recession, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the recent record-breaking typhoon have presented significant challenges. However, through the unwavering support of clients, patient staff, and the broader community, the company has persevered.

The new Shirakobu An Architects’ Studio is poised to embark on a transformative path. Takeda’s past experiences, from his work at the Hanoi subsidiary of an architectural firm to the eight years at “HOP”, the next eight years of struggle which is the “STEP”,

have laid the foundation for a “JUMP” – a great leap forward.

The company is enthusiastically preparing to move to its new office on November 2nd, which they describe as resembling a crane in a cesspit, a unique and captivating design.

The new address is 3A Floor, 16 Thi sach street, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi.

2017年6月に開業したShirakobu Takeda Architectureはこの10月から名前をShirakobu An Architects’ Studioに変え、

会社の規模と業務範囲を拡張し再スタートします。

創設者Takeda SeijiroはPrincipal Architectとして設計に注力し、

新たに加わったWatanabe Anhが営業と会社運営を統括します。

またTakedaと長く協働してきたNguyen Van Dongが設計部門のManagerとして参加します。

開業以来まさに山あり谷ありの8年でした。2019年頃からの長期的な不動産不況、2020年に始まったコロナ禍、

そして今年は過去最悪の台風被害。

この間いただいた仕事をコツコツと進めてきました。途中で打ち切りとなり陽の目を見ない仕事も多々ありました。なかなか明るい光が見えない苦しい時間でしたが、寛大なクライアント、忍耐強いスタッフ、そのほか多くの人に支えられて何とか生き延びてきました。

新しいShirakobuは強力な体制をフル稼働し新しい分野に積極的に進んでいきます。

Takedaとしては設計事務所ハノイ子会社勤務時代の8年がHop、Shirakobu Takedaの苦闘の8年がStep、そしてこれから始まるShirakobu Anの8年がJumpです。大いなる飛躍を目指します。
